I need to print the Merriam-Webster Pronunciation Symbols in a
document using MS-Word. I think some of the fonts available with
Microsoft Word 2002 (Office-XP package)contain many of these symbols.
But I can't find several symbols, for example the letter "a" with a
dot above, or the letter "o" with a dot above. How can I overstrike
diacritics over letters. (I am considering the "dot above" to be a
diacritic). Can I download Unicode and print these symbols? I would
appreciate any advice, guidance, or commentary.
