In Visual Basic 6.0 if I have the an arabic text
followed by an english character
( such as : ) then followed by another arabic charater

i.e - X$ = "ArabicText2" + " : " + "ArabicText1"

stored as a variable that I'm printing using the
printer objector saving into a text file, what appears on the
printed page is that the position of the arabic texts are reversed in
reference to the ":" character.

(ie. The above will be printed on paper/stored on a text file as

ArabicText1 : ArabicText2

What causes this behavior and what can be done to fix
this problem ?

I'm using VB 6.0 SP5 on Windows 2000 SP4 with arabic
installed.

Regards and thanks for your help.
