Enabling justification option for Asian languages(Urdu)

Hi

I'm actually doing my final year project of Bachelors. The project is
to extend uniscribe to enable justification of an urdu (language
spoken in Pakistan) font. Now the problem is that the JSTF tables are
not implimented as yet and i dont know where to put the suggestions
for justification. If anyone knows anything about this problem or
knows a site that can help me, please reply. I'll be very gratefull.
