Version 1.0.9 with Vietnamese localization is just released. The
program requires Java 2 Runtime Environment and can run on Windows,
Solaris, Linux/Unix, and Mac OS X.

edit, convert, print, and save Vietnamese text-based files in
Unicode formats.
VietPad is released and distributed under the GNU General Public
